Vaughn Rachal – President, Sales & Social Media

Vaughn’s 28 year sales & management career is diverse in multiple disciplines including direct and indirect sales, alliances, business development, and marketing. His sales career began in 1981 with Xerox Corporation selling network solutions; his success lead to him being recruited and working for other industry leaders including IBM, Lotus Development, Baan, Nynex Business Systems, and Williams Communications/iBEAM. Through these opportunities he gained four years of international business experience, served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development that led to two successful IPOs, and founded a web communications company.

Over the last five years Vaughn has brought his knowledge and passion for building revenue generation engines to large, medium, and small businesses. He helps companies align the efforts of sales, marketing, and customer service to improve their ability to find, gain, and keep customers. He has been a speaker at technology conference such as Lotusphere Europe, Digital Detroit, and CRM Forum leading audience to explore new possibilities of balancing performance enhancement developing people, process, and technology to improve sales performance.

Scott Klososky – Technology & Social Media

Scott Klososky, a former CEO of three successful startup companies, has no fear about shaking up the status quo around the way we build teams and set powerful directions. His programs are known for delivering fresh observations, ideas, and practical steps that organizations can use to restructure groups, create effective strategy, and apply technology that’s full of impact. His keynotes are riveting and his workshops instill new concepts that can be applied immediately to maximize results.

Scott hit the ground running fresh out of high school, where his job as a delivery boy was a spring board into the world of technology. He became division head of computer sales, and then purchased that division as his own company. It was eventually built into a twelve store operation in three states.

His next endeavor was as Founder and CEO of Paragraph, Inc., a Soviet/American joint venture founded in 1988, despite international tensions. Half of the company was sold to Silicon Graphics and the other half is still expanding today (Parascript, Inc.). Scott then collaborated with H.R. Haldeman to publish his diaries of his years as an aide to President Nixon, which was a bestseller (Putnam Publishing) and involving Sony Interactive in the release of a companion CD-ROM.

The evolving internet ushered in a world of opportunity for inspiring pioneers, and Scott was not left behind. He was Founder and CEO of webcasts.com, an early producer of webcasted media ranging from corporate and government communications, to sporting events and entertainment. His expertise in leadership and his creative approach to business direction, inspired Critical Technologies to hire him as a turnaround CEO, where he completely rebuilt the underlying products and brought the company to profitability. Today, Scott shares his unique perspectives on technology, business culture, and the future, with audiences and organizations all over the globe.

Kevin Baer – Executive Coach

Kevin’s business career has spanned 25 years of professional experience in Senior Executive leadership roles, coaching, training, speaking and writing. His personal passion for performance transformation permeates all aspects of the company.

Kevin has held various key executive positions in industries such as performance coaching, business services, staffing, internet, and sales training. He works extensively in both the private and public sectors helping local, regional and global organizations in such industries as manufacturing, high tech, energy, healthcare and finance.

Kevin’s high velocity approach to executive coaching and energetic delivery style generates a fast-paced learning environment and accelerated development results. He is constantly “pushing the envelope” with participants and challenging them to transform out of ordinary comfort zones and break through into new realms of performance. Outcomes produce new extraordinary performance levels beyond what was considered probable or even possible.

Kevin is well known for his edgy, hard-charging personal style and is never afraid to back away from critical conversations. He is able to both engage and challenge participants on a personal level through his use of wit, humor, story telling and analogies.
