Founded SalesFX in 2004 by Vaughn Rachal, the company has impacted sales performance in multiple industries including Technology, Energy, Communications, Manufacturing, and others.  Rachal, a 20+ year veteran in building high performance sales cultures, noticed that most companies have difficulty finding and maintaining the right balance between talent development, technology utilization, and web-marketing to enable sales growth.  Efforts in one area without consideration of or support from the others fell short of producing sustainable results, especially in the last few years.
